Macros dialog box

Used to run, edit, or debug MicroStation BASIC macros generated with the Create Macro dialog box. Opens when Utilities > MicroStation BASIC is chosen.

Macro Name

Lists the available macros. To run or edit a macro, you must first select it. The list depends on the MS_MACRO MicroStation environment variable.

Run

Loads and runs the selected macro.

Opens the BASIC Editor window which is used to edit or debug the selected macro.

Detail…

Shows the location of and a description of the macro.

Browse…

Opens the Select Macro dialog box which is used to select a macro not in the list.

New

Opens the BASIC Editor with an empty, “untitled” macro enabling you to write a new macro from scratch.
