Batch Print Specification Manager dialog box

Use the Batch Print Specification Manager dialog box to create, copy, rename, and delete print specifications.

Batch Print Specification Manager dialog box

The dialog box opens when you choose Specifications > Manage or click the Manage Specifications icon on the Batch Print dialog box.

Types

Lists the Print Specification Types.

Specifications

Lists the available specifications of the type selected in the Types list box. See Select Specification dialog box.

Properties

Opens the Properties dialog box for the selected specification type.

Rename

Opens the Rename Specification dialog box to rename a specification.

New

Opens the New Specification Name dialog box to create a new specification.

Copy

Opens the New Specification Name dialog box to create a new specification.

Delete

Deletes the specification selected in the Specifications list box.
