Select Specification dialog box

Opens when Specifications > Select is chosen from the BatchPrint dialog box.

Select Printer Specification dialog box

A Select Specification dialog box exists for each print specification type. These dialog boxes are used to select a different specification for the print specification type selected in the Specification Controlling Printing list on the BatchPrint dialog box. A specific Select Specification dialog box is opened by clicking the desired print specification type and choosing Specifications > Select or clicking the Select Specifications icon. A list of available specifications appears in the list box.

OK

Accepts the selected specification.

Cancel

Closes the Select Specification dialog box without accepting the selected specification.
