Used to search the text window in the word processor Text Editor window. Opens when you press <CTRL-F> with the pointer in the text window of the word processor Text Editor window.
Sets the text string for which to search.
If on, finds only complete words that match the text in the Find What field. For example, a search for “fill” does not find “filled” or “fillet.”
By default, the Match Whole Word Only setting is turned off.
If on, finds only text with the same capitalization as the text in the Find What field. Therefore, the search is case-sensitive.
By default, the Match Case setting is turned off.
Specifies the direction in which to search the text window in the Text Editor window:
Up
Down
By default, Direction is set to Down.
Clicking the Find Next button locates the next occurrence of the text in the Find What field.
To enable this setting, you must type text in the Find What field.
Terminates the search and closes the dialog box.
