Digital signatures are a mechanism for indicating one's approval of designs to other users and communicating approval in a verifiable manner. You can digitally sign a model or a DGN file. MicroStation graphically indicates model-specific signatures. Multiple signatures can be affixed to a single file or model. Hierarchical signing is also supported, where one signature pre-requisites and depends on prior signatures. A signature can cover the content of a model or file and optionally attached references.
