Review Database Attributes of Element


Use it!

Used to interactively display the database attributes of an element. Forms must be set to none.

With Forms set to None, the SQL SELECT statement defined by the ACTIVE REVIEW (RA=) key-in determines the display format. If no SELECT statement is defined, SELECT * is used. If there are multiple rows attached to an element, they display sequentially. The row(s) appear in the SQL Window.

Forms is set in the Database dialog box, which is opened by choosing Database from the Settings menu, or by keying in FORMS.

To review the database attributes of an element
  1. Select the Review Database Attributes of Element tool.

  2. Identify the element for which you want to display database attributes.

  3. Accept the element.
    Selected columns in the first attached row are displayed. If there is more than one attached row, you can advance to the next row by exiting the screen form package or clicking the Next button in the SQL Window. To abort the display of rows and return to step 2, Reset (screen form) or click the Stop button (SQL Window).
