Copies the selected menu name in the Available Menus list into the Edit Menu Bar list. To copy a menu, you must first select it. The copied menu name is inserted above the selected menu bar name in the Edit Menu Bar list. Double-clicking a menu name expands it to show its menu items. Double-clicking the menu item copies it to the Edit Menu Bar list.
The following techniques are shortcuts for copying a menu name:
Double-click the menu name in the Available Menus list to show its menu items. Double-click the menu item to copy it to the Edit Menu Bar list.
Drag the menu name from the Available Menus list to the desired location in the Edit Menu Bar list.
Lists the menus available to copy to the Edit Menu Bar list.
Lists the menu bars in the Edit Menu Bar list.
Double-clicking the menu name expands/collapses the menu.
To reorder menu bar names, drag their Edit Menu Bar list entries. To remove a menu bar name, drag its entry away from the Edit Menu Bar list. |
Saves modifications to the Edit Menu Bar list to a modification resource file.
Opens dialog boxes you can use to identify and then insert a new menu or a new menu item in the Available Menus or the Edit Menu Bar lists. These actions are context-sensitive. If you choose Insert and a menu is selected, the Insert Menu dialog box opens. It is used to insert a new menu into the Edit Menu Bar list.
If you choose Insert and a menu item is selected, the Insert Menu Item dialog box opens. It is used to insert a new menu item into the Edit Menu Bar list. In either case, the new menu or the new menu item is inserted above the selected menu bar in the list.

Removes the menu bar name or the menu item name from the Edit Menu Bar list and, if the changes are saved, removes them from the menu bar or menu as well.
Another way to remove a menu or a menu item is to drag them away from the Edit Menu Bar list. |
