DWG > Recover

Opens the Recover DWG File dialog box, which is used to select a DWG file for recovery. The controls on this dialog are similar to those on the Open dialog box.

DWG or DXF files may contain inconsistent, corrupt, or lost data caused by certain application programs, improper editing techniques, hardware problems, or software problems.

Once you select a file, MicroStation runs a recovery process and attempts to repair the errors.
