Used to open specialized tool boxes and create custom tool boxes. Opens when Tools > Tool Boxes… is chosen.

Lists all available tool boxes. The tool boxes marked “on” upon the opening of the dialog box are already open. To open a tool box, you must turn on its check box by selecting it in the list.
Single-clicking the check box places an “X” in the check box, which turns the tool box “on.” Single-clicking the name selects the entire row. Double-clicking anywhere in the row turns the tool box on and activates the OK button. |
Closes the dialog box and opens all tool boxes marked “on” in the list box.
Closes the dialog boxes without opening the selected tool boxes.
Opens the Customize and Create Tool Box dialog boxes. The Customize dialog box is used to customize the user interface (same as choosing Customize from the Workspace menu). The Create Tool Box dialog box is used to create a tool box.
Removes the tool box from or restores the tool box to the Tool Box list box. As you scroll through the list, the enabled state of the button and its label re-select the action possible for the selected tool box. If the button is disabled (grayed out), the tool box is in its original, delivered state and can neither be removed nor restored.
If the button is enabled and labeled “Remove”, the tool box was created with Customize. If you click the button marked Remove, the tool box will be deleted from your modification resource file. If the tool box is open, it will be closed. The list of available tool boxes will be regenerated.
If the button is enabled and labeled “Restore”, the selected tool box is a delivered resource that has been modified using Customize. If you click the button marked “Restore”, the tool box will be restored to its original, delivered state. If the tool box is open, it will be reopened, and the Remove/Restore button will be disabled to indicate that the selected tool box is in its original state.
Opens the Customize dialog box, which is used to customize tool boxes and menus (same as choosing Customize from the Workspace menu).
If on, displays the tool icons as larger than their normal size. The default is off.
If on (default), the name of a tool displays as you pass the pointer over that tool's icon.
