Select Table dialog box

Provides a list of database tables for selection for generating SQL queries. Opens when Tables > Open is chosen on the Visual SQL Query Builder dialog box (Settings menu > Database > Query Builder).

List box

Contains the list of database tables which are available for selection. To select a table, double-click it. A table dialog box (for example, maps) opens in the work area on the Select tab of the Visual SQL Query Builder dialog box.

Table dialog box (for example, highway)

A <TABLENAME> dialog box consists of a list of the table's attributes (columns). Double-clicking an attribute enters the attribute into the SELECT clause of the query being generated in the SQL Select Statement text box.

A maximum of 50 tables may be open at one time.

Table List

Used to list database tables in the Tables list box.

• All
— Lists all database tables in the Tables list box.

• MSCATALOG
— Lists only the MSCATALOG database tables in the Tables list box.

Close

Closes the dialog box.
