These controls are visible only while a point symbol component is selected in the Components list box.
Opens the Base Stroke Pattern dialog box, which is used to select the stroke pattern component on which the selected point symbol component is based. The description of the base stroke pattern component is shown to the right of the button.
If on, selects the origin (first vertex of an element) with which a symbol can be associated.
If a symbol is associated with the origin, the symbol is displayed (below left), and the controls used to adjust the related settings (below right) are enabled.
If on, selects the internal vertices (of an element) with which a single symbol can be associated.
If a symbol is associated with the internal vertices, the symbol is displayed (below left), and the controls used to adjust the related settings (below right) are enabled.
If on, selects the end (last vertex of an element) with which a symbol can be associated.
If a symbol is associated with the end, the symbol is displayed (below left), and the controls used to adjust the related settings (below right) are enabled.
