Contains controls for creating, editing, deleting and restoring dimension styles.

Create Dimension Style

Opens the Create New Style dialog box, which allows you to create a new dimension style by completing the Name and Description fields.

Edit Style Properties

Opens the Edit Style Properties dialog box, which allows you to make changes to the Name and Description of the dimension style.

Save Style

Saves the new style and changes all instances of that dimension style to the new style. When you make a change to an existing style, the revised dimension is shown in the active dimension field with an asterisk (*) until you save the new settings. If Save is clicked, the overrides are included in that style and all dimensions created in that style update. An Alert box opens with a warning message asking if you want to save the changes to the style.

Save Style As

Opens the Save Style As dialog box, which allows you to make a copy of an existing style and save it with a new Name and Description.

Delete Style

Deletes the active dimension style.

Restore Style

Reverts to the previously saved style cancelling any overrides made to the original style. This is indicated by the removal of the asterisk (*) before the style name.

DGNLib Update

Updates the DGN file to reflect changes in the DGN library. (If a dimension style in a DGN library changes, dimension styles placed in DGN files prior to the change are not automatically updated.)
