Choose Profile dialog box

If your e-mail program is not open when you choose File menu > Send, the Choose Profile dialog box opens, which is used to select the user profile you want to use, create a new profile, or specify advanced options for logging on. In this case, selecting the desired Profile Name and clicking OK opens the new e-mail message.

Profile Name

Enter the user profile you want to use.

New

Opens the mail server wizard which allows you to create a new profile

OK

Accepts the new profile name.

Cancel

Closes the Choose Profile dialog box without making any changes

Options

Allows you to specify additional options for logging on. Turn on to set the displayed profile as the default and to show logon screens for all information services.
