Send…

Opens a new email message inside of MicroStation with the current design file attached. Address, add comments and send the message just as you would for any email message outside of MicroStation. When this message is open, no other MicroStation functions are available.

If your email program is not open when you choose File menu > Send, the Choose Profile dialog box opens, which is used to select the user profile you want to use, create a new profile, or specify advanced options for logging on. In this case, selecting the desired Profile Name and clicking OK opens the new email message.
