License Properties dialog box

Used to view the properties of the selected license. When accessed from the Add Everyone icon of the Digital Rights dialog box, the Recipient field is locked on Everyone.

Recipient

Name of the recipient of this certificate.

Purpose

Purpose of the license.

Rights

Type of access assigned to this certificate.

• View
— The recipient has view access to the file.

• Edit
— The recipient has edit access to the file.

• Export
— The recipient has export access to the file.

• Print
— The recipient has print access to the file.

• Unlimited
— The recipient has unlimited access to the file.

• Restricted Applications
— This checkbox is automatically selected if less than unlimited rights are chosen. It serves as a warning that a consequence of this selection is that it may restrict the applications a user can load.

Expires

Date the password expires.

URL

URL to the license rights if an authentication URL is attached to the file.

OK

Accepts changes and closes the License Properties dialog box.

Cancel

Closes the License Properties dialog box without accepting changes.
