Used to add, delete, and/or change recipients access to the protected file.
The first time this dialog opens after a file is protected, MicroStation creates a license file of the certificate used to protect the file. Initially, this is the only recipient authorized to access the file. The author can then add recipients and assign them rights.
Only the author (and anyone with unlimited rights) can open the Recipients dialog box. Users who gain access to the file by using a license only see their license information.
If you use someone's certificate to protect the file, you only have rights to add and remove recipients during the current session. |
