Specifications > Properties opens the Default Properties dialog box.

A print area specification describes how Batch Print determines which portion of each design file to print. Basically, this will be either a view or a defined area in a view. The view may be one of the eight numbered views, or it may be a saved view. Defined areas include the area enclosed by a cell, defined shape, or a sheet definition.
Selects the view number or saved view to print. If saved view is chosen, a field appears for entry of the saved view name.
Sets printing boundaries.
These settings are enabled only when Method is set to Shape or Cell. Indicates which files should be searched for the boundary defining shape or cell.
Enabled only when Method is set to Shape or Cell. If on, printed output is generated for each boundary element found. If off, printed output is generated only for the first boundary element found.
Accepts the selected print area properties.
Closes the Default Properties dialog box without accepting the selected properties.
