Output

Contains controls that are used to control whether the visible edges are stored in the model file or another DGN file and whether that DGN file is 2D or 3D.

Store in Active Design

If on, the visible edges are saved in the model file (the active DGN file).

If off, a visible edges DGN file is generated. The visible edges can be saved in a 2D or 3D DGN file, which is chosen from the File Dimension option menu.

Automatically open output file

Select this check box to automatically open the resulting .hln file upon completion of the hidden line process. This option is dimmed when the Store in Active Design check box is selected.

File Dimension

Sets whether the exported visible edges DGN file is either 2D or 3D (the default).
