Used to create a model in a DGN file. Opens when the Create a new model icon is selected in the Models dialog box.

Key-in: MODEL CREATE DESIGN <NAME> <DESCRIPTION>
Key-in: MODEL CREATE SHEET <NAME> <DESCRIPTION>
Sets the type of model created.
Sets the seed model. Clicking the Change Seed Model icon next to the Seed Model field opens the Select File Containing Seed Model dialog box. After selecting a file, the Select Models dialog box opens, which lets you select a seed model.
Text field into which you can enter a name for the model.
Text field into which you can add a description of the model.
Sets the Reference Logical name for the model. The logical name identifies the model when it is attached to another model as a reference (see the Reference Attachment Settings dialog box).
The Annotation Scale icon displays the status of the Annotation Scale lock: on or off. When placing text, the lock must be on to ensure that text is placed at the defined scale.
The option menu sets the scale factor for text and dimensioning in the model, to allow for scaling back to normal size when printing. You can select from a list of common scales, or select CUSTOM and input your own scale in the fields immediately to the right. You can also define custom scales the Scales.def file stored in the "..\Workspace\System\data" directory.

Key-in: ANNOTATIONSCALE <ADD | REMOVE>
(Sheet Model only) If on, a sheet element will display in the new sheet model.
(Sheet Models only) Sets the sheet size. Standard sheet sizes are available from the drop-down menu, or you can select Custom and input your own size values in the H and W fields. The H and W fields are disabled when a standard sheet size is chosen.
You can also define custom sizes in the Sheetsizes.def file stored in the "..\Workspace\System\data" directory.
(Sheet Models only) Sets the origin of the sheet.
(Sheet Models only) Sets the rotation angle of the sheet, measured in degrees counter-clockwise from the x-axis (horizontal).
If on, it is possible to place the model as a cell.
(Can be placed as a cell on only) Sets the cell type (Graphic or Point).
If on, a View Group is created with the model.
Accepts the settings, creates the model and closes the dialog box.
Closes the Create Model dialog box without creating a model.
