Used to attach raster image files across the Internet. Lets you download an image from the named URL and display the downloaded image. This differs from attaching an internet image via Model Server Imager (MSI), where the entire image is not downloaded. In these cases the minimum subset of the image, necessary for display or printing, is sent dynamically to the MSI client, which is contained inside Raster Manager.

Field to enter the required URL. Arrow button to the right of the field opens the history menu, which displays other URL's that were accessed. From this list, you can choose another URL, if available.
Sets whether a URL is downloaded from the Internet or a previously downloaded local copy is used.
Sets how the downloaded file is stored.
If on, stores downloaded files as read-only. This is a useful reminder that the remote file is not being changed, and local modifications could lead to confusion.
If on, appends the string “?fmt=raw” to the end of any URL that is submitted for download. This is necessary if the selected site is running Bentley Publisher, because such sites default to sending a JPEG image rather than the raw design file.

If on, the File field below is activated, letting you specify a location and filename where the URL should be downloaded, rather than the default location.
Attaches the remote raster image as specified in the dialog box.
Ignores the selected settings and closes the dialog box.
Opens the Add Bookmark dialog box that allows creating a bookmark with a URL and Title that will be included in the current bookmark list. Once created, selection of the bookmark enters the associated URL into the URL field.
If you have the Engineering Links browser open, the current URL displayed in the browser appears in the Select Remote Raster Image to Attach dialog box's URL field. |
Opens the Edit Bookmarks dialog box, which lets you edit existing bookmarks.
Clears the current history of URL's that have been accessed and appear in the history menu.
