DWG Open Options dialog box

Used to set options for opening a DWG file or a DXF file. Opens from the Open dialog box when you click the DWG Options button; this button is visible only when a DWG or DXF file is selected. This dialog box lists three option categories: Basic, Advanced, and Line Weights.

Open DWG Settings File

Opens the Open DWG Settings File dialog box, which lets you select and load a DWG settings file (*.dws). The DWG settings file contains settings for opening and saving DWG files.

The default directory for the settings file is the DWG settings directory as specified by the configuration variable MS_DWGDATA.

Key-in: DWG settings open [filename]

Save DWG Settings File

Opens the Save DWG Settings File dialog box, which lets you save the DWG Open and Save As options to a DWG settings file (*.dws).

The default directory for the settings file is the DWG settings directory as specified by the configuration variable MS_DWGDATA.

Key-in: DWG SETTINGS SAVEAS [FILENAME]

OK

Accepts the specified DWG options and closes the dialog box.

Cancel

Closes the dialog box without accepting the DWG options.
